1. Delivery costs
You will find below our various shipment methods as well as the costs linked to it.
We set up a digressive participation system to the shipment costs thanks to which the more you consolidate your purchases the less it will cost you.
For your information, we spend between 5 and 20 euros when we ship an order. Generally you only pay a part of the shipment costs and most of the time you pay nothing !

2. Shipment times and delivery times
It's important to make a distinction between shipment times and delivery times.
The shipment time is the time required to take the items out of the stock, to prepare the parcel and give it to the selected carrier. An order placed before 2 p.m. is shipped on the same day while an order placed after 2 p.m. is shipped on the next day. For the items labelled "Shipments under x working days" the shipment time is x working days maximum.
The shipments are made from Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding public holidays) excepted the Kiala parcels (coming soon) which are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
The delivery time depends on the selected shipment method:
Kiala : Average time of 2 to 3 working days for Belgium and Luxembourg and 4 to 5 days for France and Holland.
So-Colissimo : Average time of 2 to 3 working days after shipping (for metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco).
GLS et DPD : Average time of one working day for Belgium and 2 days for France, Germany, Luxembourg and Holland. Average time of 3 days for United Kingdom, Italy and Switzerland and 4 days for Ireland and Spain.

3. Delivery methods
Delivery with GLS
Sign-on-receipt delivery to the address of your choice. Upon shipment you receive a notification by e-mail. If you are not home you will receive a delivery notice inviting you to pick up your parcel in a nearby parcelshop. Delivery with DPD
Sign-on-receipt delivery to the address of your choice. Upon shipment you receive a notification by e-mail. If you are not home, a second attempt will be made within 24 to 48 hours. After two delivery failures your parcel will be made available in a DPD / Exapaq sorting centre. Livraisons contre signature à l'adresse de votre choix. You have up to 10 working days since the arrival of your parcel at the sorting centre to pick it up.
Delivery with Colissimo
Delivery at home to the address of your choice. Upon shipment a notification is sent by e-mail. Your parcel is delivered by hand or dropped in your mailbox. If you are not home or if the dimension of the parcel does not allow it to be dropped in your mailbox, your parcel will be made available in the post office to which you are attached. You have up to 10 working days since the arrival of your parcel to pick it up.
Delivery with Kiala

Upon shipment of your order you receive a notification by e-mail. After 5 calendar days you will receive a notification reminder. You have up to 15 working days since the arrival of your parcel to pick it up. Vous disposez de 15 jours ouvrables depuis l'arrivée de votre colis pour récupérer votre colis.
